This emerald-colored lake raised us. <\/span><\/h2>\nTwo little brothers running through the high vines with a kite, dirty with dirt and happy laughter, as light as that toy that swiftly flew across the vast sky and at times crossed the sun. Then we grew up, but not enough to want to leave this place of wind, light and water, too intense to forget and so arduous to tame, but inevitably ours. To stay. To resist.<\/em><\/p>\n In 2019 Calogero left university and decided to return to Poggioreale, where he was born and raised. In that sun-baked, wind-swept inland Sicily, he chose to continue the family tradition, dedicating himself to viticulture on land the family has cultivated since the mid-twentieth century. TerreGarcia was born \u2014 a tribute to that land, Garcia, to that history, bringing the territory onto the label.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

The art of viticulture has always been part of our lives and we have always lived it with respect and gratitude. From a genuine, artisan, peasant approach comes a wine that deeply and sensitively tells the story of the land where it was born and of those who made it.
